DIGITAL QUARTZ LED CLOCK KIT

This is a kit for a digital LED clock.

A good is a quality kit, very good PCB, components come clearely labelled and sorted.

I will e-mail you a copy of my build instructions which contain lots of photos to help build the project.

The clock has no code as it does not use a micro controller  - just clever logic circuitry and an accurate quarts clock generating the seconds

I have been experimenting linking this clock to my MSF Atomic Clock Radio receiver modules that I also sell.   THere's a UK version (MSF 60KHz) and European (Germany) DCF77  (77.5KHz) module - both of which can be received in the UK

The circuit includes a mechanical switch that disconnects the second advance circuit - this is where the atomic clock receiver circuit output signal is connected to to allow the received seconds transmission to advance the clock forwards. Instructions shown in the build instructions to be e-mailed on purchase.

Bit of fun - note the time & date cannot be set by the MSF/DCF77 receiver as there's no code to set!

The time on the clock is set manually on power up using two buttons, hours and minutes advance.

Fun project ideal for a beginner and useful for more advanced projects.

Sold without case - a Acrylic case is available seperately.

Digital Quartz Crystal - logic controlled (no code) clock - can link to MSF Rx!

      Great kit!

This is a really great kit, the instructions are really good and whilst it is an easy build, you learn a lot along the way about how it works.

      Thanks
