Copper Ground Rod with 40 ft/12m ground wire with female connection - which is a generic 5mm triangular shaped brass contacts in a plastic barel.
Ideal for grounding radios in the field light weight but the 5mm copper rod is thickenougth to easily enter soft soil and has a sharp point to help inseretion.

Decided to convert and build a decent food van from a burger Van purchase.
In doing so. It needed around 5 k of onboard electric generation, hence the rid was bought.
And dead easy to set up. Took little more than 10 minutes of time to add to the generator and stick the rod in the soil. Great purchase for doing the job
This ground rod is only 30 cms /12 inches in length and approx' 4mm in diameter . The earth wire is quite thin. I don't know what it's original purpose was but for a back-packer operating portable with low power it's OK .
It would be handy if the unconnected came with a fixing bolt or screw to connect it item you need connecting too.
